Montana Absentee/Mail Ballot Voting
SIGN, DATE, ADD YOUR BIRTH YEAR!
Are you an absentee voter? Are you participating in a mail-ballot election? Be sure to follow all of the requirements when returning your absentee ballot to your election office!
Vote Your Ballot
1) Use a black or blue pen to fill the oval for each race.
2) To write a candidate's name, fill the oval and print the name.
3) Make a mistake? Request a replacement ballot from your county.
Return Your Ballot
1) Place your voted ballot in the secrecy envelope.
2) Place the secrecy envelope into the return signature envelope.
3) Sign, date, and write your birth year.
4) Mail your ballot at least 1 week before Election Day

4) Drop off your ballot at your county election office.
